A BEGINNER'S GUIDE TO ASCENSION
There comes a time in our lives where we feel the call to seek out a deeper understanding of both ourselves and the world around us. We begin to re-connect with our spirit, which in turn allows us to express our truth and live a more authentic life. This course is designed to guide you through your spiritual journey and awakening. You will discover the direct correlation between your external environment and how this impacts your chakras, meridians, and physical body. You will also discover your own unique gifts through this class of self discovery.

The class is kept small in order for Andrea to assess and guide each student into their own unique gifts. Private classes are also available for the same fee.
IN WEEK ONE WE WILL STUDY
- The Ascension process and how to know if you are Ascending
- The difference between the third dimension and the fifth dimension
- What it means to break out of the matrix and enter into the New Earth
- The concept of 'Collective Energy'
- The concept of 'Timelines'
- How to Ascend to the highest timeline available for you
- Guided meditations and exercises to allow you to integrate the material

IN WEEK TWO WE WILL STUDY
- Limiting beliefs that you may be holding onto which are preventing you from living authentically
- Look deeper into the importance of boundaries and protection
- The concept of 'light body' and 'higher self'
- Deepen your understanding around the impact of your environment on your chakras, and overall health
- Guided meditations and exercises to allow you to integrate the material & so much more!
